About this apartment rental
This modern, very tastefully and high-quality furnished 3-room apartment (approx. 70 m²) on the first floor offers a high degree of functionality and is fully furnished. The living area and both bedrooms have laminate flooring, while the hallway and the bathroom/toilet are tiled.
The vacation rental can accommodate a total of 4 people. For small children, we are also happy to provide a travel crib (without a mattress, comforter, pillow, or linens) and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).
From the spacious entryway with a coat rack, you can easily access all the rooms in your vacation rental.
The light-filled, modern, and high-quality living/dining room features a separate seating area with two comfortable two-seater sofas, a coffee table, a separate dining table with four chairs, and a sideboard. From the living room, you have direct access to the approximately 10 m² sunny, covered terrace (facing south and west) with patio furniture. Here you can sit back and relax surrounded by greenery and enjoy the balmy summer nights with a good glass of wine …!
For your entertainment, there is a modern flat-screen TV in the living room; the second bedroom also has a TV. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi.
The modern open-concept kitchen features a fully equipped built-in kitchen unit with a 4-zone ceramic cooktop, oven, exhaust fan, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.
The spacious, modern, yet very cozy first bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, nightstands, an armchair, and a large wardrobe.
