The STRANDHAUS GRÖMITZ AM DÜNENPARK is arguably one of the most beautiful vacation home complexes in the Baltic Sea resort town of Grömitz.
It consists of a total of four high-quality units, each individually furnished by its respective owner with well-thought-out interior design concepts.
From the STRANDHAUS GRÖMITZ, it’s just under 200 meters on foot to the Dünenpark promenade and the beach. The nearest dog-friendly beach for your four-legged friend is 800 meters away.
The STRANDHAUS GRÖMITZ 2C vacation home offers a covered parking space and a lockable storage area for bicycles, handcarts, and beach toys.
Provided they are used with care, the storage room contains a table tennis table and an electric grill. Both may be used during your stay on the wonderfully sheltered patio area, which features a generously sized awning.
From the entryway of the house, you can access the lower bathroom with a walk-in shower and Bedroom No. 1, which features a double bed (180 x 200 cm), exterior blinds, a Smart TV, and plenty of space for your vacation wardrobe.
Right next door is the living/dining area, which includes a fully equipped kitchen and access to the terrace.
Up a flight of stairs is Bedroom No. 2, which is also equipped with a double bed (180 x 200 cm), exterior blinds, and a smart TV.
On hot summer nights, air conditioning ensures pleasant room temperatures for a restful night’s sleep, so you can start an eventful day at the Baltic Sea feeling refreshed and well-rested.
Bedroom No. 3 is also located on this level and offers a wonderful sleeping area (140 x 200 cm) for one adult or two children; it’s cleverly fitted into the room, making it a wonderfully cozy retreat.

A very nice, well-appointed, new vacation home near the beach. Spacious storage room for bikes, etc. Bakery nearby. We were able to park our second car for free on the street in front of the house. We felt very comfortable there and would book the house again through Quartierfreund and recommend it to others.

The property is absolutely beautiful, perfectly equipped, and the rooms are a great size—especially the upstairs bathroom. The sauna with its relaxation area is very relaxing. The underfloor heating—especially with a toddler—was very pleasant. It’s just two minutes to the promenade, the bakery, and the restaurants! We would definitely recommend this property and book it again.
