great location, great information from owners regarding collecting keys, and instructions on access and leaving
perfect apartment for a family or work group, plenty of space and has every you need.
the lift took a little getting used to but works fine
the tip is press the button and wait, (don't reopen door) after about 5 seconds the doors close and it works every time

We were very happy to discover that this lovely apartment was walking distance to both the centre of town and to the beach. The rooms were large and bright, everything was clean and tidy and there was plenty of amenities for a longer stay/if we wanted to cook. The bakery downstairs did delicious breakfast and the supermarket across the road were both very convenient, especially as the bakery was open from 7.30. The apartment was perfect for a 2-night stay with kids.
We were very surprised to see the cleaning fee which we didn't read when first choosing the booking and only noticed at checkout. It was the highest additional fee we have encountered in many years of using booking.com
This is quite niche however our family doesn't wear shoes indoors and it felt like the floor had been swept but not mopped before our arrival. Considering this high fee for cleaning and how our Spanish family take pride in mopping their tiled flooring, we expected the floors to sparkle. Everything else was great.
