Really good location, Romauld is a great host and responds quickly and provides great recommendations.

Really nice location, close to the city centre and really peaceful town.

Could be cleaner, bed is a bit small for tall people.

Nothing

The cleanliness was unacceptable The overall pictures of the apartment are completely overstated The facilities were dirty The bathroom is horrendous

Uncomfortable and dirty apartment

The owner was kind and responsive. The location was convenient and close to the centre. Free parking was a definite plus. The neighborhood is calm and generally pleasant.

Unfortunately, the actual property did not live up to the pictures or our expectations, which was disappointing given the very positive reviews. The biggest issue was that the apartment looked considerably more dated and worn in person than it appeared in the listing photos. In particular, there were no photos of the toilet, which we should have noticed before booking, but it would have been helpful to have a more complete representation of the property. Almost everything inside the apartment felt quite old, including the furniture, rugs, kitchen utensils .The kitchen equipment especially seemed to need replacement. The pans provided were badly scratched and the coating was coming off, which made us uncomfortable using them for cooking. We took photos of this because we were genuinely surprised that this was not mentioned in the previous reviews. Cleanliness was also a significant concern. The apartment had quite a lot of dust and did not feel properly cleaned when we arrived. The apartment also became very warm, and the fan provided was both very slow and visibly dirty, so it wasn't particularly useful. You can hear everything happening next door or in the adjacent apartments, the walls are very thin, which affected the overall comfort of our stay. We booked this property largely because of the excellent reviews, and unfortunately this is where our expectations were not met. We generally place a lot of trust in previous guests' experiences when booking accommodation, so we were particularly disappointed that our experience was so different from what the reviews had led us to expect.

Nice place

The location is not too bad, a nice 10-15mns walk from the center of Beaune, with a supermarket within 5mns away from there, with anything you need. Though the train station is on the other side of Beaune, you'd most probably need an Uber or a cab to get there (very easy to get for 10-15€). Few parking spots right front of the accommodation in case you're driving.

The walls are super thin and you can hear everything next door, so if you have some neighbours with kids that run everywhere and talk out loud...good luck...it was our case and it was a bit annoying, but the 2nd night we had nobody next door and felt super good. Your stay will all depend on how respectful your neighbours will be. Also there is a portable fan, no AC. All in all, Romuald was super helpful, always available, good location, spacious enough for 2 people....I would go back and recommend this place for sure.

Die Nähe zum Zentrum ist gut.

Wenn .., dann....Sätze schätze ich bei der Aufforderung zur Bewertung vom Inhaber nicht. Die Lokalität bekommt keine 5 Sterne. Das Entrée war nicht einladend.
