Apartment Details:
Our 100 m2, recently renovated, and light-filled “Kuhstadl” duplex apartment is ideal for nature lovers and larger families. We’ve furnished it with great care in a modern Alpine style—so much so that we’d love to vacation there ourselves. It offers the perfect retreat after an eventful day on the mountain!
It features 3 separate bedrooms on the upper floor, providing plenty of space for up to 6 people. There are also two bathrooms with showers, a separate toilet, and a wonderful, large south-facing balcony where you can enjoy the last rays of sunshine all afternoon. Here you can perfectly wind down after an eventful day on the mountain.
The fully equipped kitchen lets you prepare your favorite meals yourself. We’re happy to provide you with basic kitchen supplies—such as dish soap and dishwasher tablets, salt, pepper, oil, sugar, a few tea bags, and coffee pods for the coffee maker (Philips Senseo)—free of charge!

Our apartments are located at about 1,250 m above sea level between Bad Kleinkirchheim (about a 5-minute drive) and St. Oswald (a 2-minute drive)—in the heart of the UNESCO Carinthian Nockberge Biosphere Reserve, a true natural paradise! For nature-loving active vacationers, the apartments offer the perfect base from which to thoroughly explore the surrounding hiking and mountain biking trails. You can then refuel at one of the rustic huts with traditional regional delicacies, such as Carinthian Kasnudln.
