Great value for money in an unbeatable location

Unbeatable location in the heart of La Latina, with numerous shops and 24h supermarkets right at the doorstep. Plaza Mayor is literally a 5 minute walk. Easy check in/out (self check in), good communication with the host. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, and we found the coffee pods to be a nice touch. All in all, particularly compared to accommodation prices in Madrid, great value for money!

We didn't mind this and it's not a downside but something to take note of if you have mobility issues, there is no elevator. The apartment gets almost no daylight since the windows face the inner part of the building, but this wasn't a surprise and it's very clear to see from the booking details. We basically got exactly what we expected and we were happy with our stay!

It was okay overall

The location was central and nice.

However, the room we stayed in was different from the ones shown in the photos. There was also a strong, lingering smell of cigarette smoke in the room, which was quite uncomfortable for us. The room faced a dark side of the building, so it was quite dark even during the day. There is no elevator. Other than that, the room was generally acceptable, but I dont think it was worth the price.

Awesome stay in Madrid!

We had an incredible time in Madrid, and staying in this apartment made our trip even more special! The location is absolutely unbeatable—it's so central that we didn't even need to use the bus or the metro once. All the main attractions, sights, and lively spots were within easy walking distance. The host was exceptionally welcoming and attentive to all our needs throughout the stay, always ready to help and give great local recommendations. We completely fell in love with Madrid and this wonderful apartment. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city!
