Generally excellent value for money, but people should be warned about the procedures regarding use of the pool and visi

Lots of convenience stores and food stalls close by, and the Mall of Asia only ten minutes walk

The procedure of having to get permission from the owner or his secretary to entertain visitors was incredibly frustrating. My partner’s family and friends live in Manila and it was a disincentive to invite them because of the frustration trying to get permission.

Not convenient at all

A week before my booked date, I informed them that I had reserved the unit for my mum and my cousin. They requested IDs, which was completely understandable. Three days before the booking, I asked for the check-in instructions, but they told me these would only be sent on the actual arrival date. We accepted that and waited. On the day prior to arrival, my mum and cousin checked in. The instructions were finally sent, and I forwarded them to my cousin. However, when she arrived at Shore Residences (Shore 3 Tower 1, Unit 846), she was unable to enter the unit because the property manager failed to include the most important detail—the door code. When I contacted the manager, it took them about 60 minutes to provide the code. This delay was completely unacceptable. What made it worse was the lack of professionalism—the person who answered my call did not even apologise. Instead, he blamed his secretary for not providing the code. When I expressed my frustration and said the situation was unacceptable, he simply responded with “opo” and said that they had already helped us by giving the code. That response completely dismissed the inconvenience and stress they caused. To make matters worse, while my cousin was waiting, security asked her to leave the reception area, adding to the already poor experience. Overall, this was a very disappointing and unprofessional experience. I would not recommend this property. In the Booking.com listing, the unit was described as “cozy and aesthetic” and conveniently located near MOA and IKEA. In reality, this description is very misleading. The unit is far from cozy or aesthetic—especially considering the overall experience we had. The interior is painted in a very dark green, which makes the space feel dull, heavy, and unwelcoming rather than comfortable. On top of that, the placement of mirrors in the bedroom is questionable and unsettling. Instead of enhancing the space, it creates an uncomfortable and even creepy atmosphere.

Near moa and shops.

It's showing it's aged. Only 2 towels given and didn't smell great. Musty smell when u walked in. Tight quarters. Hard getting in and out of bed if two people sleeping. No t enough storage for clothes.

A really lovely, well equipped apartment. I wish we could have stayed longer!

We loved this apartment, it was perfect for our needs. The decor was stunning and it was impeccably clean. Although we didn't stay long enough to do any real cooking, the kitchen was very well equipped and we used the board games which were a very nice touch.

The mattress was very thin. It wasn't uncomfortable, but it wasn't the deep luxurious type I expected in a condo of this type. Getting checked-in was a curiously complicated process and took longer than expected.
