Extremely disappointing experience – mold, smell, unsafe conditions The room where we were supposed to sleep had mold on the wall right above the sofa. I honestly consider this place unfit for guests. How could such a space be approved for rent at all? Mold is dangerous to health, especially since some of our family members have allergies. To make matters worse, there was also mold on the kitchen wall. There are no windows, and the smell inside the apartment is absolutely unbearable – staying or sleeping there was impossible, even for such a low price. This place reminded me more of a bomb shelter than an actual apartment. It doesn’t feel like a residential space at all. The only thing that distinguishes it from a real bomb shelter is the second exit, which is sealed off with something that looks like plywood. Also, a word of warning: the lamp above the staircase is barely hanging on – it looks like it could fall at any moment, so be careful. It could literally drop on someone’s head. In the kitchen, there is a refrigerator placed directly under the stovetop, which is a safety hazard. The forks were bent, there was not enough tableware, and overall the kitchen was not equipped well enough for even basic use. The cleaning rags were dirty, and although we tried to wash the dishes ourselves, it was not a pleasant experience. The staircase is extremely narrow, and this should be clearly mentioned in the listing. Not all guests are of the same body type, and some may simply not be able to go up or down safely. There is only one wardrobe, very old, and the doors don’t close properly – you have to figure out a trick to get it shut, otherwise you can’t even pass through to the bathroom. And the cherry on top: the entrance doors are practically transparent. There are no curtains, and although the glass is slightly tinted, anyone in the courtyard can see inside from the top and bottom parts of the door. This makes it very uncomfortable and lacking any real privacy.

Humidité odeur de tabac et pas de couverture

L'emplacement

L’appartement est bien situé, mais notre séjour a été malheureusement assez décevant. Il y avait une forte odeur d’humidité et de cigarette dans le logement, ce qui était assez désagréable. Le logement étant en partie voûté et équipé d’une machine contre l’humidité particulièrement bruyante et, il ne faisait pas particulièrement chaud, et nous avions demandé à plusieurs reprises des couettes car il ́n'y avait que des draps et pas la moindre couverture ou couette. La personne en charge du logement répondait sans arrêt à côté de la plaque à nos multiples demande à ce sujet et finalement à carrément arrêter de nous rejoindre et ne nous à pas fourni de couverture. Résultat nous avons eu froid et avons très mal dormi. Visiblement la seule chose qui intéressais cette personne était de rabâché que le logement avait le wifi et que nous devions vérifier l'armoire ( ce qui avait évidemment été fait) Par ailleurs, les codes d’accès et les vidéos explicatives ne correspondaient pas toujours à la réalité, ce qui nous a causé quelques difficultés et a rendu notre arrivée et nos déplacements un peu galère. Parlons également des poiles pubiens retrouver dans le bac à douche ... Bref un cauchemar, une communication désastreuse et un service déplorable

Цена была нормальна, я заплатила 50 евро(была какая-то скидка), для одной ночи пойдет.

Плохая коммуникация, никто не дал инструкции как попасть в номер. Мне пришлось звонить спрашивать, а потом писать в ватцап. У меня ни разу такого не было, абсолютное безразличие от владелицы этого полуподвального помещения. Лестницы неудобны и очень сырое помещение.
