This was a nice room and did the job, but not excellent.

The kitchen access was really useful. The bed was comfy. Access to the property was easy during check in. Everything was clean and well kept.

The pillows were very poor and there were no extras. The noise from the road in the bottom floor flat was very loud. Check in was a bit slow and uncertain on the day. The toilet was separate to the room and required passing others in the property.

Dirty place and unfriendly personnel

Very bad experience. Through my account, I booked this "accommodation" for my husband. Upon arrival, not only was there a smell of tobacco in the corridors and in the room, but the bed linen and towels were dirty. They had hairs, stains and also reeked of tobacco. When my husband brought this to the host's attention, he reacted rudely and aggressively. He questioned the information my husband had given him and told him he had no way of knowing that my husband was not the one who had left the hairs on the sheets and towels. At his request, photographs were sent to him to back up what my husband told him and he used this as an argument to tell my husband that he was unnecessarily seeking an argument. It was 11pm and he told my husband to leave and that he was going to give him his money back, without my husband having anywhere else to sleep. Finally, my husband told him that he didn't want a refund, only clean towels and sheets. To which the guy agreed and sent a person who oly brought more towels (also not clean), but no bedsheets. Unless you like the smell of tobacco, dirty sheets and towels, don't stay at this place.

Short two night business stay

Easy check in Very clean Warm and heated Exactly as shown in photos

Not the best soundprooding, so for anyone who is a light sleeper this is not ideal. More of a comment just to know, there are no supplies provided in terms of any soaps or coffees etc. I did not see any supermarket super close by, but I also did not look for one.
