Newly furnished in 2025: Located just 70 meters from the beautiful Baltic Sea beach, this lovely vacation bungalow is situated at Wicheldorfstraße 72. The Baltic Sea Bungalow 2 is part of the Hollich Vacation Homes and, with 72 square meters of living space, two bedrooms, and a sunny terrace, offers everything you need for a perfect vacation.
Whether you’re a family with a child and a toddler, couples, friends, or solo travelers—this accommodation invites you year-round to enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air on the sheltered sun terrace, spend relaxing evenings playing games or watching TV in the spacious living area with its large panoramic window, or simply find peace and relaxation.

Quietly located Baltic Sea bungalow in Grömitz: Your perfect getaway
Discover our bungalow, newly furnished in 2025, located in an exclusive part of Grömitz. The Baltic Sea Bungalow 2 is part of the family-owned business FERIENDOMIZIL HOLLICH and is ideally situated between the pier and the marina, just a few steps from the beach.
The accommodation offers you:
- A separate entrance via the staircase to the right of the main house
- A spacious, light-filled living room with a large window and satellite TV
- Two cozy bedrooms with large closets and box-spring beds: one double bed (180x200) and one single bed (90x200)
- A modern, fully equipped kitchen
- A spacious bathroom
- All windows have (electric) blinds for easy blackout.
- Bed linens and towels included
There is a designated parking spot for bicycles, including a charging station for e-bikes. You can park your car right in front of the house in a private parking space.
For our younger guests, we’re happy to provide a crib and a high chair upon request. Towels and bed linens are included in the price.
