A bright and spacious studio apartment with a balcony that sleeps up to 3 people, located in a semi-central neighborhood just a 10-minute walk from downtown. Completely renovated—both in terms of structure and furnishings—it offers a modern and welcoming atmosphere. It is located in a well-connected area, 500 meters from the Teatro delle Arti and just a few minutes’ drive from the highway exit and the beltway. Perfect for those who want to stay near the city center while enjoying peace and comfort.
The 50-square-meter apartment is located on the first floor of a condominium building equipped with an elevator (please note there are two steps at the entrance) and is laid out as follows:
- Kitchenette equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, moka pot, electric kettle, and conventional oven
- Living area with a sofa bed, dining table, and split A/C unit
- Bedroom with a double bed, closet, and TV
- Bathroom with toilet, bidet, and shower stall
- Balcony.
Additional amenities available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating, washing machine, drying rack, iron, and ironing board.
Towels and bed linens included (with optional changes available for a fee).
7 days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax due to the City of Salerno, which is EUR 1.50 per night per person for the first 5 nights. Children under 12 are exempt.
We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian system for registering guests staying in Italy.

. Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).
ESummer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period during which heating is allowed and the daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.
Salerno Climate Zone C: 9 hours per day from November 22 to March 23.
For check-ins between 8:00 PM and midnight, a surcharge will apply, payable in cash upon arrival, as follows:
EUR 20 from 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM
EUR 25 from 9:00 PM to 10:00 PM,
EUR 30 from 10:00 PM to midnight.
Check-in is not possible after 12:00 a.m., even for a fee.
All late check-ins must be arranged and approved by the host.
