Costs on site: If you pay a deposit, please quote the reservation number as the subject line, Your name and the travel period. The open invoice on site can be paid in cash or by EC card, VISA and MASTERCARD. In case of early departure, late arrival or no-show, we charge 100% of the total package price. We recommend that you make appointments for massage and cosmetic treatments before arrival. Cancellation of confirmed appointments is possible free of charge up to 24 hours in advance.




Arrival is possible from 15:00 to 00:00 and departure from 00:00 to 10:00.
