Limpeza muito boa, equipe super atenciosa e dedicada a tender e ajustar o que for necessário e estiver ao alcance, mesmo com as limitações do Hotel.

Arredores do Hotel requer atenção quanto à segurança. A limpeza das ruas deixam a desejar, mas é algo que permeia praticamente toda a cidade de Belém. A cama era de mola e havia algumas irregularidades entre as molas.

Localização excelente, a menos de 5 minutos de carro do aeroporto, pra quem está em transito de viagem e precisa descansar antes de seguir viagem como era o meu caso, é um excelente custo benefício também Café da manhã bom. Funcionários atenciosos

Tem quartos que fica num prédio anexo em frente ao hotel, é bom pra descansar pq é bem silencioso, mas se tiver chovendo vc vai pegar chuva pra ir e voltar pra tomar o café por exemplo, mas nada que tire o mérito do hotel

- O hotel possui ótimo custo-benefício. A sua instalação é simples. Mas, os quartos são limpos, os funcionários são atenciosos e o café da manhã é ótimo! - Para quem precisa de um hotel próximo ao aeroporto, o Hotel Val-de-Cans é uma ótima opção!

- Os travesseiros do quarto eram baixos. Acho que vcs deveriam oferecer 2 travesseiros por hóspede, embora eu não tenha solicitado um travesseiro adicional na recepção.

Hotel simples, mais aconchegante, muito limpo, funcionários muito simpáticos, tem um café maravilhoso... Quando for a Belém ficarei lá novamente.

Personnel ne parlant pas anglais du tout. Chambre très stérile, on se croirait à l’hôpital.

Gostei de ser próximo ao aeroporto e de fazer o check-in as 02:00hrs do dia seguinte . O café da manhã é super simples, mas pelo valor da estadia atendeu bem.

Quando cheguei não tinha roupa de cama na segunda cama do quarto. Mas logo foi providenciado.

I like the staff, the breakfast and the location closer to the airport

My self and my 8 years old son, end up had an accident on the toilet, when my son went for shower and the whole shower door fall out on top of us leaving me and my son hurts, with stitches on my son foot and two places on my left hand, the staff was helpful but the hotel management didn't want to take responsibility for the happened, and try to blame my self and my son, buy saying that they wasn't there to see how did I opened the shower door, as if there need a way to open a shower door, I simply put my hand on the door to open and give my son the towel when the whole glass door fall out in pieces Infront of me, my whole day and travel was disturbed... And we left there that night, feeling upset and hurt by the way the hotel handed the situation and tryed to blames us....

The location is very good as it is near to the airport and there are some restaurants in the hotel area.

They have two properties. Both units are good but I found the secondary one better.

The bend is not comfortable, the airco is too noise.

The breakfast was excellent.

I think someone else accessed my room when I was out and touched my suitcases because I could see that my suitcase passlock had been changed.
