The hotel and room are very lovely and decorated
Computerize check-in - I don't like it
Expensive parking near by (even after hotel discount) - as expect in a big city
Expensive breakfast - again as expected - didn't try it
Not the best bath room I saw. A little drain issue

Great location, clean room, beautiful building and staircase, well maintained hotel, nice decor.
Wifi problems throughout hotel. Had to wander around even to the street at one point for a solid connection. Ground floor self-check in kiosk kept timing out. No one downstairs to help. Poor signage that a human can be found on top floor. No one available at checkout and kiosk failed again.

The hotel was conveniently located and in walking distance to many attractions, restaurants and shopping.
Our room was beautiful and very comfortable!
