If an item is found and the guest requests that it be mailed, a fee of 50 euros will be charged, in addition to postage costs.

After 8 PM, assistance is not guaranteed and will incur an additional surcharge.
If a locksmith is required and the guest is at fault, all costs will be entirely at their expense.
