Big good and small bad

Property was clean, everything was available what is required, with host was a good communication. AC was helpful in Summer and fans were available in every room.

Unterkunft ist direkt an einer Hauptverkegrsstraße. Wir werden dort nicht mehr einkehren.

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig.

Die Fotos sind korrekt, aber das Zimmer ist nicht so hell, wie dargestellt. Auf den Fotos sieht der Blick vom Balkon sehr friedlich aus, aber der Lärm vom Verkehr und den umliegenden Häusern und Geschäften lässt ihn sehr unschön wirken. Auch wenn man auf der Terrasse saß, störte der Verkehrslärm deutlich. Alles wirkt auf den ersten Blick sauber und sehr aufgeräumt. Doch bei genauerem Hinsehen entdeckt man Schimmel in den Badezimmern, an der Duschwand und an anderen Stellen. Die Küche war unzureichend ausgestattet. Es gab weder Brot- noch Kochmesser, keine Pfannenwender, keinen Schneebesen und keine Weingläser. Weingläser waren nicht vorhanden. Lediglich sechs Champagnergläser (die in den Vitrinen ausgestellt waren) standen bereit, die Vitrinen selbst waren leer. Es gab zwar Tassen, aber sonst nichts. Angeblich seien einige während des vorherigen Aufenthalts zu Bruch gegangen. Die Wohnung hat für 6 Personen Schlafmöglichkeiten und sollte auch für 6 Personen ausgelegt sein. Aber es gab nur ein einziges sechsteiliges Geschirrset für 4 Personen. Wir blieben 5 Tage, und obwohl ein Geschirrspüler vorhanden war, mussten wir aber ab spätestens Tag 2 alles von Hand spülen, da wir für Frühstück, Mittag- und Abendessen Teller benötigten und nur 2 Spülmaschinentabs für 5 Tage vorrätig waren, die vom Vermieter als ausreichend und als Standardmenge genannt wurde. Des Weiteren hatten wir bemängelt das Zucker und Gewürze wie Salz, Pfeffer fehlten. Als Antwort erhielten wir, dass es sich bei Wohnung um eine Ferienwohnung und nicht um ein B&B (Bed & Breakfast) mit täglichem Service handle und lt. Gesetzt aus hygienischen Gründen diese nicht bereitgestellt werden dürften. Aber das Argument, dass das Zurücklassen von Lebensmitteln nicht erlaubt sei, widerspricht der Tatsache, dass dennoch Schachtel vorhanden war, die Tee, Zucker und Honig enthielt. Zu Gute halten muss man, dass angeboten wurde Teller, Brotmesser, Pfannenwender und Weingläser noch vorbeizubringen.

Butas erdvus, švarus, naujai padarytas remontas. Šalia gatvė nesukelia triukšmo. Viskas pritaikyta poilsiui - nuo rankšluoščių iki skalbimo mašinos su priemonėmis skalbti. Švara ir tvarka verta 10 balų. Yra vidinis kiemelis mašinai pasistatyti. Rekomenduoju 100 proc.
