Brilliant villa suitable for group stays

It was a clean modern villa great for a group of 3 couples. The location was perfect being so close to the vilamoura Marina and Vale Du Lobo.

The drains weren’t the greatest.

Avoid Avoid Avoid

The location is good but can be a bit noisy with road so close. It’s a spacious property but pool is small and outside is not completed and construction pieces and some junk thrown around the back of house.

The property wasn’t very clean, I’m sorry I didn’t take a picture of the mould in the freezer. There is also an issue with sewage in the toilets downstairs and the showers block up quite quickly so we had to shower upstairs. The smell downstairs was quite strong from toilet. The couch and rug needs a deep clean as there was a lot of stains on both. There is also no washing machine which in a villa you would expect. It also lacked general pieces in a kitchen that you would generally require for daily cooking. You have to attend the offices to do check-in, they don’t meet you at property and the customer service isn’t great. I contacted them about checking in and it was a bit of an ordeal over sms. Also, I had an issue where I left my chain in the bedroom, I asked if I could come back and pick it up and they said they’ll check with housekeeping. I’m sorry I just didn’t drive back but I presumed they said that I could collect tomorrow but they said I didn’t leave it. I appreciate it was my own fault but it was definitely there so they are not very trustworthy. Also, when you check in they say they hold a payment as deposit until you check out but they actually take the money and you have to wait for a couple of weeks for the deposit to be returned. Just do one thing and read the reviews on their own website for this villa and it will tell you all you need to know. Avoid! We stayed with Silver Holiday villas the week previous and there is no comparison, a far more superior organisation to book with and villas of very good standard.
