Our "orange flat" is a beautiful, bright, and newly renovated vacation apartment on the first floor of a historic outbuilding attached to an old Wilhelminian-style villa, right next to Graz’s main university.

The fully equipped apartment, featuring striking wallpaper, beautiful colors, whimsical lamps, and a new bathroom, will be a highlight of your visit to Graz. The perfectly equipped kitchen is also new and features a cozy sitting area. Smart TVs in two rooms and high-speed internet keep you connected to the world—nothing is missing. A beautiful apartment to come home to and relax in, with plenty of light and warmth—just like orange.

The kitchen and living area offer an idyllic view of the villa’s quiet courtyard. One of the two bedrooms is very bright with large windows—but all bedrooms can be completely darkened. Beautiful furnishings, including closets, a washer-dryer combo, an iron and ironing board, and much more, make the apartment perfect for a longer stay. It’s especially important to the grazrentals team that you feel right at home with us and that you have everything you need.
The Orange Apartment is ideal for four guests, but can comfortably sleep up to seven people.
In addition to two top-quality hotel-grade double beds (180x200 cm), you’ll also find a sleeper sofa (160x200 cm) and a recliner (80x190 cm) that offer the best in sleeping comfort. A crib for toddlers and a high chair are available upon request. A free, secure parking space is also available.
We operate completely contactless—instead of keys, we use code locks, so you can check in and out at any time of day or night; however, the earliest check-in time on the day of arrival is 3:00 PM, and the latest check-out time on the day of departure is 10:00 AM.

The ideal place to stay in Graz
The grazrental apartment complex is in a prime location, with its entrance across from the ReSoWi (Faculty of Law, Social Sciences, and Economics) at the University of Graz. With the green spaces of the university, the Leechwald, the Hilmteich, the city park, and our own garden, our guests can enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of our location and the charm of the student district.
Zinzendorfgasse, the hotspot with student bars and charming shops, is just a 3-minute walk away. In the same building, directly below the orange apartment, there is a bakery with a small coffeehouse. The nearest public transportation is a three-minute walk away.
