About this apartment rental
Nice duplex in the hyper center of Romorantin-Lanthenay, refurbished while retaining the charm of the old, you will have all the necessary amenities, whether for a family getaway or a professional stay. Ideal for discovering the Sologne, its gardens, the castles of the Loire (30 - 35 min) or to enjoy the Beauval zoo (40 min). There is no doubt that "the mermaid" will seduce you.
This duplex comprises:
* an entrance on the first floor
* on the first floor: toilets, a fully equipped kitchen and a living/dining area with a television
* on the second floor: 2 bedrooms each with a 140x190 bed, one of which has a television, a bathroom with a 100x80 shower and a washing machine.PGJyPg
Who says charm of the old, also says narrow staircases, spiral. The accommodations are therefore unfortunately not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Concerning the bedrooms, the accommodations are classified in the ABF zone. So I was not allowed to put roller shutters. Despite the blackout blinds, there is not complete darkness in the rooms. I prefer to point out, some people are more sensitive to daylight than others.
You have the entire accommodation to yourself. Please note that the entrance to the accommodations are from behind.
The alley is not well maintained (tag ...). This is surprising at first as the commercial area is so pretty but the accommodations are well maintained, new and secure. So no risk.
