About this cottage rental
Relax with the whole family at this peaceful, eco & child-friendly lakeside resort. This new cottage with two main-floor bedrooms and one loft bedroom accommodates eight guests, and has all the comfort of a home.
The space
- This is a quiet lot on a one-way street with vacant land on the left of the house.
- You will have three covered parking: two in the garage + one carport.
- One with EV level 2 charger. Please mind the garage gate, it’s a little narrow.
- We do our best to be eco-friendly and sustainable to provide a pleasant experience for you.

✅️ Well-stocked kitchen (juicer, cold press juicer, toaster, coffee maker, small blender, coffee machine, rice cooker, Wine & Beverage Coolers and a good selection of spices

✅️ Loft: queen-size bed + single bed
✅️ Room 1: queen-size bed
✅️ Room 2: queen-size bed + single bed
✅️ Closet with hangers in each room
✅️ Two full bathrooms with bathtubs
✅️ Laundry: including washer + dryer (w laundry sheets and dryer balls)
✅️ Smart TVs with Neflix + Prime: Living room + Loft
✅️ Wide selection of board games, toys, puzzles and children’s books (please have the kids to take one at a time and return)

✅️ Second deck on the loft with stunning lake view

- lower pool delayed due to hot tub construction delays

✅️ 2,100 feet of private lakefront with pebbles (bring water shoes or crocs for the little ones)
✅️ Private Aqua Park (opens after June 1st daily 10am -8 pm to 2nd week of Sep)
✅️ Water Trampoline for age 5+ available mid July (5-12 bring your own life vest or rent for $10/day )
✅️ Kayak, Paddle board, ebike and Golf Cart available for rental at La Casa Resort
✅️ La Casa Market & Kitchen (opens daily 9-9pm)
✅️ Marina and boat launch
✅️ 8am-5pm Waste Disposal/Recycling area
✅️ Hiking Trails
✅️ Fintry national park- waterfalls, children playground, boat launch, Fintry Falls - 10 minutes drive away
✅️ Sandy beach, wineries are just 35 minute away
You will get codes for:
1) The front gate in order to enter the resort.
2) Your cottage front door.
3) Key Storage Combination Box for the remote for cottage garage.

• Save-On-Foods delivers right to your cottage door (2 times per day for $5).
• La Casa Market has a fully stocked store with wine and spirits plus a restaurant.
• Select "info for guests", then "guidebook" for details on tourist attractions.
• To ensure comfort for all guests, including those with allergies and scent sensitive, we maintain a pet-free and scent free environment
• No smoking in the building, smoking is only allowed on the ground floor outside of the house.
• The maximum number of occupants allowed in the cottage is 8 person including children. This is strictly enforced by the strata, and the penalty for exceeding maximum capacity is $2000/day.
• Must be 25 or older to rent this property.

Incredible hosts! Everything was well stocked. They go above and beyond for there guests. The only negative I have is that it’s quite far to any wineries and to get to it it’s a winding/narrow road for 40-45 min.
