The rooftop pool is amazing. The view at night is spectacular and the comfy couches on the pool deck are a great spot to sit and enjoy the city skyline. The pool deck restraunt and bar is also a delight to sit and eat in. The rooms are wonderful and the staff were very attentive and friendly. Will definitely stay again.
It took a long time to get hot water in the shower but I noticed the same at the next hotel I stayed at. Perhaps it is an issue in KL in general. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

My Sister and I visited Langkawi and Penang before arriving in Kuala Lumpur before returning home to London. At check-in we received, a warm welcome. We had a great stay and enjoyed the wide varied breakfast options. The hotel is well located.

The location and the views from the pool.
Room/toilet facilities and the breakfast could have been better.

It’s very central, you can reach the Petronas towers in 10 minutes on foot. The rooms are just amazing and the rooftop bar is incredible
