A localização é muito boa e o andar é alto o que reduz o barulho da rua. O apartamento é bom. A anfitriã é SUPER ATENCIOSA. No prédio tem um SmartStore que ajuda muito o hóspede. Os porteiros são atenciosos. A vaga de garagem também é boa. Geladeira nova e limpa.

Utensílios de cozinha poderiam ser renovados. Colchão de solteiro poderia ser renovado. *Ter toalhas de banho. **Ter cobertores para frio (uma vez que não tem ar condicionado e nem aquecimento no apartamento). * e ** são itens difíceis para um viajante trazer se vier de avião por exemplo.
