Lovely apartment great location

Needs a sieve and a chopping board in kitchen ideally. Some building work going on, but luckily it was the weekend, so quiet from Friday till Monday when we left.

La ubicación está genial, tranquilo y al lado de la playa. La cama es muy cómoda. La piscina está bien.

UN FRAUDE, Y UNA PROPIETARIA IRRESPONSABLE Y CARA DURA

DEFRAUDADOS, E INDIGNADOS. El jacuzzi no funcionaba. La cocina y todo el menaje estaba asquerosamente sucio, todo el suelo lleno de pelos, un asco. Fuimos dos días, al día siguiente a nuestra llegada avisamos a la propietaria, se presentó, nos pidió disculpas por la suciedad, y al ver que el jacuzzi no subía de 30 grados, dudó de que le faltara tiempo de calentamiento(llevaba puesto desde el día anterior por la noche), le mandamos foto unas horas mas tarde como nos pidió comprobando que seguía sin subir de 30 grados Su solución, ofrecernos un 20% de descuento, luego un 30%, cuando le dijimos que el fin de semana había sido un fracaso total y que le proponíamos abonarle un 50%, nos dijo que no y que la culpa era nuestra por no decirle los problemas desde el primer día... Fuimos dos días, el primer día llegamos por la tarde, y el jacuzzi según sus instrucciones tardaba 5 horas en calentarse, ¿Cuándo se supone que debíamos avisarle ? de madrugada ?, al día siguiente lo dejamos calentado toda la mañana y salimos fuera, a la vuelta, vimos que seguía sin calentar y la avisamos... En fin, a pesar de saber que la vivienda estaba es un estado deplorable de limpieza y que no habíamos tenido jacuzzi (principal atractivo de la vivienda), su excusa para no llegar a un acuerdo económico es que la culpa es nuestra que si le avisamos el primer día (de madrugada), nos cambia de vivienda !!!!!. LO IMPORTANTE ES COBRAR EL DINERO, LA SATISFACCIÓN DEL CLIENTE ES SECUNDARIO, Y REVISAR LA VIVIENDA ANTES DE ALQUILARLA ESO YA NI HABLAMOS
