I loved it the previous time. I was quite disappointed this one. That room should really cost less.

clear communication. air conditionate and linen were good. hotel location is very good

the room I got this time was on the ground floor to the street so even when not opening the windows, we had noise. The room is exactly beside of the entry door to the hotel, each time someone gets in it woke us up. We couldn't open the blinders so zero natural light in a week! I would have liked to be warned about this room -as previously I stayed in a very good one- or I should have been charged less. the room was smaller so for so many days it was a bit "asfixiating", very little space for clothes or hangers. we only knew this time that cleaning is only one day out of two, or something like that, and over the first days we couldn't lock the keys compartment so, in brief, our room was cleaned only once in 7 days and the cleaning was quite superficial...

Perfect hotel!!!

The room had everything necessary for a comfortable stay and was very clean — special thanks to the housekeeping staff! The hotel also has a very convenient location.

The only major downside of this particular room was that it was on the ground floor. More importantly, when choosing and booking the room, it was not stated anywhere that it was located on the ground floor and directly next to the hotel’s main entrance. If I had known this in advance, I definitely would have chosen a different room. While some street noise is understandable, having the room right next to the entrance doors was terrible. The doors were constantly being slammed, and people almost never held them quietly. There was also no sign or request asking guests not to slam the doors. The soundproofing was practically nonexistent. This was especially bad in the evening and at night. People were checking in after 10 PM,and guests returning from bars and other places would repeatedly slam the doors. It honestly felt like the entrance was inside my room. I kept waking up throughout the night and also in the morning because of the noise. Overall, I had a good impression of the hotel, but the location of this particular room significantly affected my stay. I strongly recommend that the hotel clearly indicate when a room is on the ground floor and directly next to the entrance, as this is very important information for guests who want a quiet night’s sleep.

Great location but lacking comfort for long stay

Great location, 5 minute walk to the beach and same for train and metro, bus stop around the corner. Clean and tidy. Very helpful houskeeper with curly hair:-).

Not very comfortable for long stay, lacking furnishing and very miserly equipped kitchen, not enough tableware. Lacking even kettle. Bed has no headboard and just 2 pillows, not comfortable to sit on as the only other option was 2 chairs. Not much space to put clothing and other belongings, just 1 small hanging rail with shoe shelf and 6 hangers. No pleace to dry towels. Only one reading light and bedside table for double bed and occupancy:-(. High "misted" windows, hence lacking light and only possible to open ~5cm as curtain rail was obstructing.

If you value sleep and peace- DONT STAY HERE!

The bed was comfortable and the accommodation was close to the beach and the trains.

The property is clearly an Air BnB which wasn't made clear on Booking.com. There is significant resentment amongst the locals who are very negative towards people staying at this property. The front doors have very heavy iron door knockers and locals thump on the door night after night, they race their cars and bikes up the street, stand and yell at the residents consistently through the night EVERY night! We were jeered at when coming and going on a number of occassions. There is no double glazing in the windows so the noise carrys. The traffic on the road is constant. We had very little sleep over the 5 nights we stayed and this accomodation was expensive! The shower was broken, there was no electric jug, minimal supplies, no safety considerations like evacuation plans or ways to escape if there was a fire. Given how angry the locals are safety should be a consideration. The property needs security cameras. They also need to take the big door knockers off the doors. The kitchen has very little in it so being self-contained wasn't possible. There is only a microwave with very few cooking dishes, utensils or cutlery. Two cups and one was cracked. Thankfully we had our own travel cups. The advertised garden was a mess!
