Poor interior design made worse with unhelpful attitude from hosts.

Only one key was provided - was demanded a RM200 deposit for a second one. The mailbox area where the key needed to be collected was dark. Turned on phone torch for light only to find the combination lock has reflective coating. I.e. its almost impossible to see the combination we were entering. Hygiene in public area wasn't great either. No extra trash bag. Only provided after asking twice. One of the two lights in bathroom didn't work. promised to fix in two days but in vain. Very poor bathroom design - no shelfing in or near the shower. had to put our own bath gel and shampoo on the floor. Suggested to the host to add some cheap ones to make it more convenient for customers (suck-on racks can't be any cheaper). Response was it's the design from the developer and nothing they can do about it. Lid of the water kettle was not functioning and yet again only told by the host to send a video to prove it. Very bad experience overall. I get it. It's in Mont Kiara and the rate was reasonable. But I don't think this kind of hospitality and cold attitude would go down well for any guests. If the hosts think they can just pay for the location and development and do nothing else then all customers would be automatically happy, they are naive, lazy, and idiotic.
