Great potential place run in the VERY CHEAP including for its consumer service.

Great location, nice appartement, elevator.

the place is recently open for rental, so I was expecting there might be a few glinches and I was ok with it. I am French and I used to live in the neighborhood. I planned a week stay there with my teenage daughter for her to discover Paris. I am also quite used to renting such apartments across the world and used to French sometimes looser service standards. Overall, a great potential place is being run in the very cheap, and it made the stay and its aftermath seriously unpleasant. A few facts: - over the course of 19 days (8 during the stay and 11 after), I called the 2 hotlines alternatively (excluding after hours calls) 19 times - they answered in total 3 times. Despite promises, they overall called back 2 times in total. Similar pattern for text messages. Many needed to sometimes get an answer, rarely less than 6 hours later, sometimes several days. - issues included: vert little heating on arrival (it was -2 Celsius degrees outside), bathroom door getting locked because flimsily done, locking out our toiletries and prescription medication for 12+ hours, no wifi (for 12+ hours) , bar stools too low to be able to use the dining table, not enough toilet paper for the stay, kitchen furniture falling off when opening a door, forgotten school books and handbag claimed to have been thrown away , finally found, still not sent out after 10 + days after checking out, etc. In a nutshell: as one hotline staff finally stated: “we are 4 people managing 450 apartments , we have bigger urgencies like falling ceilings… Bottom line: make sure to stay away from any place managed by “Blue Stay” in Paris. You will save yourself a lot of trouble.

Très bel appartement, bien situé et propre.

L'emplacement est idéal, le quartier est très agréable. L'appartement est lumineux et son accès pratique. Pratique pour travailler avant les conférences, le wifi est de qualité.

Une personne a failli se faire mal en s'asseyant sur une chaise visiblement déjà cassée. Ensuite, l'écoulement de la douche est très lent et pour finir, le sommier du canapé-lit grince beaucoup.
