The location was pleasantly close to the Tower of Pisa area. Local taxis readily available. Pisa has a tremendous amount of history to see and enjoy and the accommodation was ithe deal location for this.
Some challenges with bathroom facilities. The facilities in the kitchen were adequate but more basic equipment would have been helpful.

Great location
Main bedroom bed and pillows uncomfortable.
Ac needs a service, not very cold.
Toilet very difficult and sometimes impossible to flush.
No dishwasher.

Complementary wine and water
I would not have booked this apartment if I had known check-in was strictly after 4:00 PM.
The biggest issue, however, was the bed. It was an absolute nightmare. Any small movement made loud squeaking noises, and the mattress was so hard that we woke up with sore backs. After two nights here, we left completely exhausted instead of rested. I definitely cannot recommend staying here.
