The best service apartment I've ever stayed!

Everything is awesome. There's an electric blind and a few blackout curtains which is perfect for someone who can't sleep if the room is too bright. The whole apartment is clean and beautiful. The customer service is excellent. They always reply very fast and they clean the whole apartment on request and they even made a cute towel swan for us! It's also located in a very convenient area.

Nothing really, apart from the passcode didn't work when we just arrived and we had to call the emergency number and ask for help, but they did help 😊

Really good.

Nice design, clean, new. Balcony, Washing Maschine and utilities. A lot of storage. Good light in bathroom. Mostly quiet, nothing annoying. Comfortable bed for me.

Wifi reception was good, but no internet sometimes. Television remote buttons are worn out, should be replaced. Smart TV not connecting on weekend evening(Netflix’, prime YouTube). Nice to have: Toaster. Some little dishwasher would be amazing to have. There is enough space in that kitchen for both.

If u don’t care about comfortable bed then take it, it’s worth it

Everything but the bed

Super firm/hard mattresses in beds. sofa at my parents house is more comfortable. I couldn’t sleep well.

Excellent apartment for couples, and older teenagers. Easy access to central Brno by tram (get the app on your phone for

Spacious, spotlessly clean, well equipped kitchenette with capabilities to cook simple meal (one hot plate plus microwave) with a table to sit at for meals too. Felt secure although in quite a rough area as double locking coded doors to building and additional security on apartment door. Large bathroom with good shower, extra space in lobby for storing clothes etc. bonus of a washing machine etc for longer stays. Large Albert supermarket less than 5 mins walk away for provisions.

No “comfy” chairs or sofa so needed to sit on beds (not a big issue!), not sure if any ac for periods in a hot summer - and opening windows was a little risky especially if have small children as no retainers to prevent windows opening very wide. Some traffic noise (trams too) but honestly not a noisy area at all. Disappointed not to have balcony that had been seen on photos prior to arrival. Not many decent places to eat nearby, you definitely need to go into central Brno for nice meals out.

Trochu jsme bojovali s přístupovými klávesnicemi do bytu.
