BE VERY CAREFULL, TO RENT THIS PLACE
Nothing....
Also be aware that the owner placed every where camera's in his property. You can see the camera's moving around. VERY CREEPY!!!!!!!!
PLEASE NOTE!!! BE CAREFULL!!!!
We booked this property with two cottages. These are rented for three to eight people. There were three of us, and we booked it because of the beautiful location and the privacy. Upon arrival, the owner told us he had rented the other cottage to a family of five.
He assumed we wouldn't mind. But of course, we were upset. We paid for everything, and now the owner wants to give us half the property.
We were put in the smallest cottage where you can barely turn around. There's also no air conditioning, and the toilet is literally in the shower area.
The owner couldn't wait to leave. And so, he left us in a much too small cottage.
In the days that followed, we contacted Booking.com and Novalsol (who rent out the cottage). But don't expect anything from them. They just string you along. They all say they'll call back, but that never happened. We called and emailed for two days, and no one responded.
The owner thinks it's perfectly normal that if only three of you come, he can rent out the rest, even though you pay for everything.
Finally, on Sunday, we decided to rent a different cottage far from here. We informed Novasol and the owner that we were leaving and wanted our money back.
Suddenly, we received messages from the owner, with apologies but no solution. Monday morning, we left for a different cottage.
We are still trying to get our money back.
BE VERY CAREFULL TO RENT THIS PLACE!!!
