The room was very nice and spacious
There was no staff and no instructions or access code given. We have clearly provided our arrival time, yet no provisions were made. We called numbers from our email, from surrounding posters in the reception lobby, and messaged on the Airbnb app. No answer. In the end, another visitor helped us connect with another number so that we can get the access code to the lock box with key. It was an awful experience considering we had been travelling for 7 hours, had children and a dog to contend with.
