Welcome to **Tio Augustin**, a charming and distinctive vacation home where tranquility, privacy, and nature take center stage. Here, you’ll wake up to views of the mountains, enjoy the tranquility of the Andalusian countryside, and end the day under an impressive starry sky. During your stay, you’ll have the entire vacation home and all outdoor areas exclusively to yourself.

Tio Augustin is connected to our second vacation home, La Camarilla. However, both homes are completely independent and each has its own entrance, garden, pool, terrace, and parking space. There are no shared facilities. Thanks to the clever layout of the property, you can enjoy complete peace and quiet.
The Home
This comfortable home combines the charm of a traditional Andalusian house with modern conveniences.
Ground Floor
The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to cook an elaborate meal or whip up a quick one. The cozy living room and dining room overlook the rambla (dry riverbed), the surrounding mountains, and the Andalusian countryside.
From the living room, you can walk directly out onto the covered terrace. Here you can enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner in the shade while taking in the view. The barbecue makes for perfect long summer evenings.
In the garden, you’ll find the private pool, surrounded by flowers, orange, and lemon trees. Here, you can soak up the sun all day or cool off in the pool.
First Floor
The first floor features two comfortable bedrooms and a modern bathroom.
The first bedroom features authentic wooden beams that give the home its character.
The second bedroom has direct access to a spacious terrace with a beautiful view of the mountains, the garden, and the pool. It’s the perfect spot to start the day peacefully with a cup of coffee or end it with a good glass of wine.
The home is equipped with air conditioning that can both cool and heat, ensuring a comfortable stay in any season.
Outdoor Living
Much of life here takes place outdoors.
