On-site fees: Terms and Conditions 1. Payment - The rental price is due at the time of booking and can be paid using the payment methods offered on the website. - All prices include applicable sales tax. 2. Cancellation and Withdrawal - Cancellations must be made in writing via email. - For cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival, we will refund 100% of the rental price. - For cancellations made up to 7 days before arrival, we will refund 50% of the rental price. - No refund will be issued for cancellations made later than that. 3. Liability - We are not liable for damages caused by force majeure, natural disasters, or external influences. - The guest is liable for any damage caused by him/her to the cabin and its contents. 4. Data Protection - Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our privacy policy and will not be disclosed to third parties, unless necessary for the fulfillment of the contract. 5. Final Provisions - Any amendments or additions to this contract must be made in writing. - Should any individual provision of these General Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. - The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The place of jurisdiction is the lessor’s place of business.
