Villa Romana is located in the small town of Barat, 3 km from Višnjan and 15 km from the city of Poreč.

The first floor features a living room with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with access to the pool, as well as two bedrooms, one of which has a sauna. The first floor has two bedrooms with balconies. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and private bathrooms. The basement houses a tavern with a bar and a wine cellar. There is also an additional restroom and shower. The outdoor area features a dining area and a grill on the terrace. The private pool is equipped with lounge chairs and umbrellas. Activities available to guests include table tennis and goals that can be set up on the lawn (soccer) and in the pool (water polo). Dogs are allowed free of charge, with a maximum of 2 dogs permitted. Private parking is available on site.
