About this house rental
Located in the very popular area of Boulouris, you will spend an ideal family holiday in the absolute calm of a private domain, very wooded and secure. The accommodations are classified as "furnished tourist accommodation 3 stars". The first beaches will be waiting for you 8 minutes away. You will discover the most beautiful red rock coves of the Dramont and the Corniche d'Or (Anthéor and the Trayas) and breathtaking walks in the Esterel. You will relax around a beautiful shared swimming pool and you will have a private parking space in front of the house.
Upstairs, there are the 3 sleeping areas, each with a double bed:
bedroom 1 is equipped with a TV and offers a small terrace with small garden furniture to enjoy your coffee
Bedroom 2 is also equipped with a baby cot
The 3rd sleeping area is located on a very large mezzanine equipped with double curtains to isolate you and sleep well
a bathroom, 1 separate toilet.
On the first floor:
a large and very bright living room with internet TV
a dining room with a large table for 6 people under the veranda
A very well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, large plancha....
All these rooms overlook a pretty little garden in absolute calm and 2 deckchairs to rest
a second bathroom
A room equipped with a desk with monitor (working place), a washing machine and the 2nd bathroom
a separate toilet.
The garden terrace is equipped with an electric awning under which there is a large table to enjoy your meals. Sheets and towels will be provided.
You will only have to take about twenty steps to access the swimming pool equipped with a child lock. Equipped with deckchairs available, it welcomes you from 9 am to 10 pm from May 1st to September 30th. The location of the house in the estate is such that you will never be disturbed by the noise of people who are at the pool. You will be close to the pool but will not have the inconveniences!
