An apartment available for exclusive use on the outskirts of Fossacesia, a town in the province of Chieti overlooking the Adriatic Sea, 40 minutes south of Pescara.
Three kilometers from the beach and the “Via Verde” bike and walking path—which runs directly along the coast from Ortona a Mare to Città del Vasto—the town is a 45-minute drive from the Apennines.
Crystal-clear water, nature trails, food and wine (do “arrosticini” and Montepulciano d’Abruzzo ring a bell?), culture, and cities of art with museums and events.
Worth mentioning are the Trabocchi, which also give their name to the stretch of coastline (“Costa dei Trabocchi”) where we are located—the perfect place to spend an evening suspended over the water.
