L’appartement est au rez-de-chaussée d’un immeuble récent, dans une rue calme.
Il est très propre, presque neuf. Belle décoration. Lit confortable. Salle de bains et cuisine comme neuves. Nécessaire de toilette fourni, jusqu’à la brosse à dents!
Un supermarché (ouvert tard le soir) jouxte l’appartement. Le métro est à 5' et permet d’aller directement au centre ville.
La plage est à 10/15' à pied
L’appartement est très excentré, dans un quartier périphérique, plein d'immeubles. Heureusement qu’il y a le métro !
On peut trouver à se garer, mais pas dans la rue, à environ 500 metres, dans une grande avenue.
L'équipement de la cuisine est un peu rudimentaire (pas de coûteux de cuisine, ni tire-bouchon.
La porte du congélateur était restée ouverte: plein d’eau par terre, quand nous sommes arrivés. Difficulté à le refermer, car l’eau qui avait coulé s'est regelée, rendant la fermeture des tiroirs difficile!

The property was very clean with all the amenities included, even little details like beach towels and a beach umbrella. It is a quiet location less touristy than in the city center, the beach is at walking distance and you can easily reach the city center by bus or a nice walk by the promenade.
