Wonderful stay!

The apartment was lovely and very clean. Everything was as described on the website. The host was very responsive and helpful. The location was charming and very quiet. The kitchen had everything necessary for a wonderful stay, and having a grill was a huge plus.

Finding the house could potentially be an issue in the night, but if you follow the description about the property, it wouldn’t be an issue at all.

ASKING FOR A FULL REFUND.

- Country Charm Cozy Getaway I have been a long time Booking customer and in most cases the description/pictures of a property are what we base our booking on. Never arrived until approx. 8:30 and it was dark because of being lose. The GPS took us back literally in the woods. At the time we thought we were close we could not find a visible street sign and lost our internet-GBS. But I had taken a picture of my booking and it said to look for two lamp pole upside down that was in the shape of a V…found this after almost 45mins of looking, no light at the driveway at all,, honestly, we were in the woods with total darkness. We drove up the drive and immediately felt uncomfortable. No sighs, nothing, and on the steps was a broken flower pot hanging from the step rail with no flowers only dirt, no a welcoming feeling. Left the car lights on and opened the door, was greeted by a strong musty smell, looked down to see a pile of cut wood in the hall. Walked up the unit 2 and opened the door, turned on a light walked across to look out the back door to find the back door was unlocked .. we turned off the light , locked the door and left..AS WE DIDN’T FEEL SAFE AT ALL. Did not stop to take pictures.. Drove out to where we could get the internet and called the property owner, she told us there was nothing to worry about, apologized for making us feel unsafe and told us we needed to get a hold of Bookings. We then had to find a place for the night, approx. an hour away ,,we did book throw Booking. Our feeling is that we would have never booked this property if the description would have had a more detail, correct description. We are seniors and feel the right thing needs to be done here. Asking for a full refund because of it being, approx.. 8 miles in the woods in a very isolated area, no signage, no lights, unlocked door, very high feeling of being un
