N’hésitez pas à prendre un autre logement !
Point positif, la baignoire car j’ai un enfant en bas âge et cela était plus pratique pour moi.
Notre séjour dans cet appartement a été plutôt décevant.
Attention à la description du secteur : l’appartement se situe davantage dans le quartier Président que dans le quartier Arago, pour ceux qui connaissent Les Sables-d’Olonne.
Plusieurs éléments de l’annonce nous ont posé problème. Certains équipements ou caractéristiques ne correspondaient pas clairement à ce qui était annoncé.
Attention pas d’ascenseur dans l’immeuble cela peu être compliqué si personne âgée ou enfant en bas âge.
Nous avons également trouvé particulièrement surprenant de devoir verser une caution de 500 €, alors qu’aucun état des lieux d’entrée ou de sortie n’a été réalisé.
Le principal problème reste toutefois le canapé convertible, qui était dans un état déplorable, très sale, taché, avec beaucoup de sable dessus.
Beaucoup de poussière au sol ainsi que des bonbons.
Et le ballon d’eau qui avait visiblement une fuite, une bassine avait été placé en dessous nous n’avons pas été prévenu et nous nous en sommes aperçu lorsque l’eau a débordé. ( ballon d’eau caché dans un des placard du couloir).
Dès notre arrivée, nous avons directement prévenu l’agence des différents problèmes rencontrés, notamment concernant l’état du canapé et du sol. Malheureusement, nous avons obtenu très peu de réponses et surtout aucune véritable excuse ni prise en considération concernant l’état du logement. Nous avons trouvé cette attitude particulièrement regrettable.
Cela fait 30 ans que je viens aux Sables-d’Olonne, et c’est sincèrement la première fois que je rencontre une telle situation. C’est d’autant plus dommage que nous connaissons très bien la ville et que nous étions heureux d’y séjourner à nouveau.
L’appartement pourrait être agréable, mais il y a clairement un manque d’entretien et surtout un manque de considération de la part de l’agence face aux problèmes signalés pendant le séjour.

Désagréable
Le personnel au téléphone est désagréable au possible, agressif, complètement hautain et perturbé. Mauvaises indications, du sable partout dans l’appartement.

Pas loin du centre ville, mais une propreté déplorable.
Le studio est bien situé. Pas trop loin du centre. Tout est accessible à pied.
Les fournitures laissent à désirer. La machine à laver presentait des moisissures.
Par ailleurs, avec la chaleur, il n'y avait aucun ventilateur dans le logement.
Je déconseille ce logement au regard de la propreté
