Welcome to your vacation home. Located in the heart of Schröcken, our vacation home combines a central location with alpine charm. A variety of restaurants, shopping options, and a playground are just a short walk away. While the little ones enjoy outdoor play equipment in the summer, you’ll find time to relax in our quiet areas around the house. A nearby barbecue area by a stream invites you to enjoy cozy moments outdoors. In winter, you’ll benefit from the ski bus stop right in front of the house, which takes you quickly and easily to the renowned Ski Arlberg ski resort.Nestled between the Bregenzerwald and the Arlberg, our house is the ideal starting point for unique hikes, first-class days on the slopes, or summer outdoor activities such as canyoning and high ropes courses. We offer the perfect setting for families, groups of friends, and corporate events.A special perk: For stays of three nights or more between May 1 and October 31, the Bregenzerwald Card is included. Berghof Vacation Home:

Our Berghof Vacation Home features several bedrooms that can be used flexibly; whether you’re looking for a double room, a triple room, or even a room for single occupancy—almost every room has its own shower, and restrooms are available on every floor or inside the rooms. The house features a large, fully equipped kitchen and a spacious common area connected to the cozy living room. There’s also a small wellness area with a view of the forest. A great bonus is the large garage, which you’re welcome to use for your car, bicycles, or motorcycles. You can order fresh bread rolls for delivery almost right to your doorstep. Restaurants and shops are just a few minutes’ walk away. Near our vacation home, there’s a playground, a soccer field, and many small streams where you can play and relax. A barbecue area surrounded by nature is also nearby; the house is centrally located in the Ors area.



On-site costs: Please note the winter road closure between Lech and Warth. You can easily reach us via the Bregenzerwald or the Tyrolean Lech Valley. Have a safe trip
