Impossible de joindre le propriétaire, il s'agissait d'un voyage professionel nous n'avons pas pu avoir de facture.
Même booking n'a pas pu joindre le propriétaire.
Appartement très mal isolé, il faisait très chaud.

1. Не комфортно !!!
Сама квартира обычная, маленькая. На 2-3 человека только переночевать. Но в ней есть один большой минус - отсутствие кондиционера! Летом это очень важно. В квартире ОЧЕНЬ жарко, невозможно находится в ней ни днем, ни ночью. Ночью вообще сплошной ужас, мы не спали три ночи. Хочется прийти с улицы и отдохнуть, но в квартире было еще хуже. Есть маленький вентилятор, для которого мы с большим трудом нашли розетку за шкафом, но он вообще не спасал, просто гонял горячий воздух. Летом не рекомендую эту квартиру!!!
2. Ужасное расположение.
Квартира находится в самом плохом месте центра города. Рядом оживленная улица, где постоянно сигналят машины, просто без перерыва. Ощущение, что они стараются пересигналить друг друга. Под окнами находится кафе, в котором до 4 утра играет громкая музыка и "подпевают" мужчины. Закрыть окна невозможно, так как вообще нечем дышать. Вокруг дома на каждом сантиметре "люди без места жительства", которые там же ходят в туалет. Вонь жуткая, идти очень неприятно и опасно. Люди, кто пишет, что хорошее месторасположение, скорее всего не жили в этой квартире.
В квартире было очень жарко, хотелось от туда уйти. Но когда вспомнишь, через что нужно пройти - не хотелось выходить.
3. Квартира находится на 4 этаже и подниматься нужно по крутой очень узкой лестнице, для взрослых людей это очень тяжело.
4. Постель была в дырках. В комплекте было толстое теплое одеяло, чтоб совсем "добить себя" от жары. Было бы неплохо дать просто легкую простынь укрываться.
На кухне была техника, но мы не ели в квартире, не могу ничего о ней сказать. В ванной комнате есть только мыло для рук. В шкафу видела фен.
5. Залог 500 евро + комиссия банка. Первый раз сталкиваюсь с залогом, хотя много раз арендовала на букинге. Сумма очень большая и неоправданная за такую квартиру.
6. Код доступа к квартире дали около 16 часов (время заезда). Инструкция была простой и доступной, замок кодовый. Попасть было легко.

Interessant sans doute en hiver mais déconseillé en été
Très mauvais contact avec le propriétaire Florent qui exige un dépôt de caution via un site internet n’ayant rien à voir avec Booking. Il refuse ensuite de me donner les instructions d’accueil (codes d’accès) avant 16h le jour de la location alors que je lui explique que je suis en déplacement avec un risque de me retrouver hors réseau à l’heure dite (c’est évidement ce qui s’est produit), que j’ai réservé pour ma fille enceinte de 8 mois en plein déménagement (donc elle aussi menacée de ne plus avoir de batterie sur son téléphone, l’obtention des codes à l’avance aurait sécurisé l’entrée à l heure dite). Mais rien à faire. Florent se fiche des femmes enceintes comme des contingences, il refusera même de donner ces codes à ma fille exsangue à 16h qui ne peut pas me joindre …
Une fois sur place (j’ai eu miraculeusement 5 minutes de réseau, en mer, vers 16h30), elle monte les 4 étages d’un escalier dégueulasse pour ouvrir un appartement surchauffé (il n’y a pas de climatisation) dont elle doit ouvrir les fenêtres sur un quartier hyper bruyant. Elle a à peine fermé l’œil des deux nuits.
