D’abord, pour un hébergement « non fumeur », j’ai trouvé qu’il sentait fortement la cigarette. J’ai mieux compris lorsque j’ai vu des cendres sur le sol, près du lit. Les draps sentaient également la cigarette. Une des fausses plantes avait servi de cendrier.
Malheureusement, en continuant le tour de l’appartement, j’ai constaté d’autres défauts d’usure et de propreté :
- l’état du contour du velux semblait indiquer une fuite;
- quelques tâches présentes sur le sol de la chambre;
- le canapé et les coussins sont dans un état déplorable de saleté;
- l’abat-jour de la lampe proche de la télévision est cassé;
- une ampoule sur les deux présentes dans la salle de bain ne fonctionnait pas;
- une des deux chaises du salon est abîmée (rayée et tachée);
- l’évier est taché (tâches rouges qui ne partent pas et tâches noires que j’ai enlevé en frottant moi-même);
- le torchon de la cuisine est taché avec ce qui semble être de la moisissure;
- la hotte est encrassée;
- les joints de la douche présentent de la moisissure;
- le matelas brûlé à un endroit, taché de toutes sortes de choses des deux côtés;
- un chewing-gum est collé à une latte.
J'ai de suite averti le gestionnaire, qui a rejeté la faute sur le précédent locataire et certifié que le ménage avait été fait malgré toutes les photos que je lui ai envoyées. Étant arrivée un dimanche, j'entends que le matelas n'ai pas pu être changé le jour même, cependant, j'aurai apprécié être avertie en amont et qu'un surmatelas me soit directement proposé en attendant un nouveau matelas. Au vu de l'agressivité du gestionnaire au téléphone, j'ai préféré partir dès le lendemain.
Le prix n’est clairement pas cohérent avec la prestation annoncée, même si d'après le gestionnaire je n'ai payé "que 50€ par nuit". Les bases de l'hygiène ne devraient pas être liées au prix de la nuit.
Le service Booking a été très réceptif et efficace concernant ma problématique et mon remboursement.
