Old, dirty, unsafe, unfriendly and cold.

The apartment is in a terrible condition. It is very old, dirty, cold and smelly. You can see it from the pictures taken there. We stayed in April, and heating was not working at all. There are insects living on the window in the bedroom. It is not even safe to stay there. When we tried to charge a mobile phone in a bedroom, a socket fell down from the wall, and electricity in half of the apartment stopped working. Instead of apologizing, we were asked to pay 200€ damage for that. The other socket in the bathroom is also almost falling out, we didn't dare to use it. I think this apartment should not have a right to be on booking.com since it's simply not safe to stay there. The customer service is terrible with zero flexibility or wish to help. We've got a list of ridiculous rules before arrival like for example that we have to take away rubbish, take off bedsheets and make dishes (we stayed one night, and the price of this one night was 174€). On top of everything we experienced there there was no private parking there as it is mentioned in the description. For us it was significant, since we had a car full of stuff with us. As a conclusion I can say, that this is one of the worst apartments I ever stayed in and I don't recommend anyone to stay there. P.S. I could only attach 4 pictures, but there is much more to show.

Very poor stay experience • No hot water → unable to take a shower. • The back door was broken and could not be properly closed at night, posing a clear safety risk. As it was already late in the evening, we chose not to disturb the host and did not raise a complaint at that time, intending to tolerate the situation. However, what was extremely upsetting was that after we checked out, the host called us multiple times in a very rude manner, accusing us of not cleaning the accommodation properly. These accusations were completely unfounded: • We placed all used dishes into the dishwasher, fulfilling our basic responsibility as guests. • The host nevertheless insisted that we should have waited until the dishwasher completed the entire cycle and then removed the dishes. This is an unreasonable requirement — are guests expected to wait an extra hour before being able to leave the property? We were traveling, not there to wash dishes. In addition: • The host made unjustified complaints about cleanliness and even threatened to post false information on Booking.com and refuse to rent to us in the future, which caused us significant anger and distress. • The host required us to remove the bed sheets before leaving. We have stayed in many hotels and vacation rentals and have never encountered such a demand. We had already tidied the bed and duvet, and requiring guests to strip all bedding without prior clear notice is, in our view, unreasonable and unacceptable. It should also be noted that the accommodation itself was not very clean, with noticeable dust on the floor and around the bed. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

L'emplacement est idéale. Il y a tout l'équipement nécessaire, la maison est propre, agréable, quartier trés calme. Literie confortable. Les clés se trouve facilement.
