Dear guests, welcome to our cozy, well-furnished vacation apartment for 2 people in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde.
Seenelke:
This approximately 25-square-meter one-room vacation apartment, “Seenelke,” offers plenty of space for up to 2 people. The apartment is located in the garden area, on the first floor with a front terrace. You’ll feel right at home here as a vacation guest.
You’ll find all the amenities you need, such as a TV and free Wi-Fi. Living/bedroom with a double bed; open-concept kitchen with a refrigerator, ceramic cooktop, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle; terrace. The bathroom features a toilet, shower, and hair dryer.
The vacation apartment has tile flooring and is reserved for non-smokers.
The apartment’s initial amenities include one set of linens per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, dish towels,shower mat).
Pet lovers and a maximum of 1 dog are welcome here. An additional final cleaning fee will be charged for bookings with a dog.
You’re also welcome to book one of the other vacation apartments in the same building—ideal for couples or families traveling together.
Right next door, you can enjoy a hearty breakfast at Weber’s Kaffeehaus.
A bakery, weekly market, pharmacy, grocery store, restaurants, shops, post office, Alter Strom, etc.—everything is just around the corner.
At Friedrich-Barnewitz-Str. 9, you can rent enclosed parking spaces from us starting at 6 €/night.

Severely disabled: 50% or more: €1.45/day
Children ages 6–14: €1.45/day
Exempt from tourist tax: Severely disabled persons 80% or higher; accompanying persons only if the person with a severe disability is 100% disabled and has a registered caregiver
Children up to age 5, business travelers, athletes, conference attendees, travelers in transit, locals
Additional services available upon request for a separate fee, bookable directly with the rental company:
- High chair/each: €2.00 one-time fee
- Travel crib (without mattress or bedding): 2.50 € per night
- Dog/cleaning: 30.00 € one-time fee
- Dog/lake view room: 5.00 € per night
