About this apartment rental
Your family will have everything within easy reach at this centrally located accommodation. A high-quality accommodation with ocean views. The apartment is located right on the beachfront in the Playa del Descargador area of Mojácar. There are several bars, restaurants, and shops just a short walk away, and it’s only 1 km from the Parque Comercial (the “center” of Mojácar Playa). In the summer, there’s a small children’s fair on the beach in front of the development for you to enjoy.
Our customer service hours are from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Key pickup takes place at a key safe in Mojácar or Vera Playa, and all instructions will be sent 2 weeks before your travel date. An in-person meeting is available for a fee of 25 €, payable upon arrival.
All other necessary services (welcome package, crib rental, etc.) can be paid for upon arrival.
Access Rights
Rentmojacar SL Property Management, its representatives, or its subcontractors have the right to access the property at any time, with due consideration for the tenant’s convenience, for the purpose of changing linens, inspecting the property, and carrying out any essential or routine repairs or maintenance work.
