Spacious and bright house, in the heart of the village of Merlerault. Protected from prying eyes, noise, and surrounded by 2 large gardens enclosed by walls and hedges.
4 bedrooms, sleeps 8, including a master suite of 30 m2.

Very bright living room with a large table that can accommodate up to 10 people, for a large meal or to organize a workshop.

Sainte Gauburge train station 10 minutes by car.
One hour from Deauville - Trouville, Honfleur and the beaches.
