Wir können nur abraten!
Leider können wir diese Ferienwohnung nicht positiv bewerten, weil wir 1 Tag vor dem Einzug Differenzen mit dem Hausverwalter hatten.
Die Ferienwohnung wird über Holidu in Booking.com angeboten. Nach der Buchung sollten wir uns mit dem Hausverwalter in WhatsApp austauschen, was wir dann auch getan haben.
Die Kommunikation mit dem Hausverwalter war leider nur auf Französisch möglich. Zuerst ging es darum, dass wir die Endreinigung übernehmen müssen oder 50 Euro dafür zahlen sollen. Auf unsere Frage, was unter der Endreinigung zu verstehen ist (Besenrein?), kam diese Antwort (Zitat): "Die Unterkunft wird sehr sauber bereitgestellt. Sie muss im gleichen Zustand zurückgegeben werden, einschließlich der Reinigung von Küche, Bad und Toilette sowie dem Wischen des Bodens.".
In allen bisher von uns gebuchten Ferienwohnungen war die Endreinigung immer im Preis enthalten. Und wir haben selbstverständlich alle Wohnungen sauber hinterlassen (Besenrein).
Für uns war dies eine versteckte Preiserhöhung.
Während der Diskussion um den Umfang der von uns zu leistenden Endreinigung wurde vom Hausverwalter auf eine Kautionsversicherung hingewiesen, die angeblich in Frankreich obligatorisch ist. Davon steht nichts in der Beschreibung in Booking.com. Dies hat uns auch Holidu und Booking.com später bestätigt. Uns wurde dann auch ein Screenshot von den französischen rechtlichen Hinweisen geschickt. Danach haben wir den WhatsApp-Kontakt abgebrochen und aus Sicherheitsgründen nur noch über Booking.com kommuniziert.
Es gab gegenseitige Vorwürfe und Erklärungen. Von der Kaution war plötzlich nicht mehr die Rede. Wir haben dann überlegt, ob wir aus Sicherheitsgründen eine andere Ferienwohnung buchen. Leider sind die Stornobedingungen so, dass wir dann den bereits bezahlten Betrag verloren hätten. Wir haben also mit einem unguten Gefühl die Ferienwohnung bezogen, mussten die Betten selbst beziehen und haben die ganze Zeit daran gedacht, dass wir hier nur schnell wieder weg wollen.
