The Space
You’ll have 90 square meters of newly renovated living space suitable for 6 people and a 40-square-meter garden. Equipped with all the comforts you need to relax in the heart of beautiful Puglia.
It consists of an entryway, a bedroom with three single beds, a living room with a 55-inch TV, a stereo system, and a sleeper sofa, a kitchen with all appliances, a bathroom with a hydromassage shower and radio, and a large paved garden complete with outdoor furniture and a barbecue for your aperitifs or outdoor dinners. Adjacent to the garden, you’ll find a second fully equipped kitchen, a guest bathroom, and a washing machine. The bedrooms are equipped with an ALEXA device to activate or deactivate the smart home systems installed throughout the property. All rooms are air-conditioned and feature both underfloor heating and fan coils to ensure an optimal microclimate, Wi-Fi is free and unlimited
The property will be thoroughly cleaned at the beginning and end of each stay; you’ll find clean linens at the start of your stay. There are no mid-stay linen changes or cleanings unless otherwise agreed upon.

Very quiet, central location with free parking in front of the house. Within a few minutes’ walk, you can reach the post office, banks, a supermarket, a butcher shop, a fruit and vegetable shop, bars, pastry shops, tobacco shops, a regular pharmacy and a 24-hour pharmacy, drugstores, pizzerias, clothing and gift shops, restaurants, etc.
Just a short walk away is the historic center of Manduria, which unfolds through a network of narrow streets. Among the main monuments in this area are the Romanesque collegiate church (better known as the Mother Church), the medieval Jewish ghetto with its synagogue, the clock tower, noble palaces built in various eras, and sections of the ancient Messapian city walls. Recent excavations have unearthed tombs, vases, and coins from the Roman period.
