The apartment is an ideal starting point for many sporting and cultural activities. Just 5 km away is the historic old town of Füssen, home to Hohenschloss Castle, the museum, and the former Benedictine abbey.
Hohenschwangau and Hohenschwangau Castles are a 15-minute drive away.
A 5- to 10-minute walk takes you to Lake Hopfensee, where you can enjoy wonderful walks. Various restaurants serving Bavarian cuisine, fish specialties, and Italian pizza are within a 5- to 10-minute walk.

Welcome to my oasis!
This beautiful, spacious 3-room apartment is located on the first floor. Directly from the living room and the bedroom with a view of the castle, you have access to the large south-facing balcony, which offers you an unforgettable view of the royal castles of Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau, Lake Hopfensee and Lake Forggensee, as well as the entire mountain range. 
The castle’s nighttime illumination creates a romantic atmosphere.

The apartment has just been freshly renovated and is fully equipped with all the little extras. 

It is centrally and quietly located in the beautiful town of Hopfen.
A free parking space is right outside the front door. (Parking Space 3)
A satellite TV system and free 50,000 DSL
Bedding and towels are also available upon request (for a small fee)
There is a fully equipped kitchen with a large ceramic cooktop, a large oven, a mini-oven, a large fridge-freezer, a large dishwasher with Aquastop, as well as a coffee maker and a toaster
The bathroom features a shower and a bathtub with underfloor heating
The toilet is in a separate room. 
I renovated the apartment myself with a great deal of love and put my heart into it. It’s a place where you can truly relax and find peace.

On-site costs: A 50% deposit of the total cost must be paid in advance via bank transfer, and the remaining balance is due in cash upon arrival. Check-in is available from 5:00 PM to midnight.Check-out is from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request.Keys will be handed over in person on site. Pets are not allowed. A security deposit of 200 euros is required on site. The visitor’s tax of 2.50 € per person (ages 16 and up) per night will be charged additionally on site. The tourist tax for children under 16 is 1.25 euros per night. Any additional fees (towels, bed linens, washing machine, etc.)Bed linens and towels can be booked as an add-on (8.80 euros per person per stay). Parking space No. 3 is available for a fee of 10.00 euros. Washing machine use: 3.00 euros per use. Upholstered furniture is regularly cleaned with a hygienic vacuum cleaner.



Check-in is from 5:00 to 12:00 a.m., and check-out is from 10:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
