Due to the building’s layout, please note that the apartment is not suitable for (young) children.
Vacation Rental:
Our 30 m² vacation rental features a living/sleeping area and a private bathroom with a shower and toilet. The cozy kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a kettle, and a toaster. You’ll also find a coffee maker and a microwave here. On your private terrace, you can relax and unwind at the end of your day. We offer a covered, lockable area where you can store the bicycles you bring with you. You can also charge them there.
On-site fees: Payment is due in cash upon arrival. Guests are required to pay 50% of the total price as a deposit after booking. Cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge. Later cancellations will be charged at 30% of the total price. Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Keys will be handed over in person on-site. Pets are not allowed. Included in the price: towels, bed linens, final cleaning, Wi-Fi, parking (carport in front of the house). Please note that the vacation rental is designed exclusively for 2 guests, and we do not permit events or parties of any kind. The tourist tax of €2.00 per person/night will be charged separately on-site.
