Our spacious attic studio, the Sport Suite, can accommodate up to four guests. There are two beds available (either 2x 0.90×2.00m or 1x 1.80×2.00m), and up to two additional sleeping arrangements can be set up if needed. The living room features two sofa beds (1.40×2.00m and 1.20×2.00m) with soft mattress toppers for a comfortable night’s sleep, which can be made up to accommodate two additional guests upon request. An open-concept kitchen is also at your disposal. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub.



Located at the foot of the picturesque Old Town (Upper Town), with its many beautiful half-timbered houses, the Harmony Guesthouse is centrally located yet idyllically situated on the medieval-style Mühltreppe alley. The house has a special history: The legendary “Marburg Fairy Tale Woman,” whose real name was Elisabeth Schellenberg and who is known for the fairy tales “Cinderella” and “The Golden Bird”—which she shared with the Brothers Grimm—is documented to have lived with her family in this very house. This means you can experience a piece of fairy-tale history up close.
It leads up from the Lahn Bridge and the modern city center—less than a two-minute walk away (with a Cineplex movie theater, shopping, restaurants, bakeries, a bus stop, ATMs, etc., all in the immediate vicinity) to the Dominikanerpforte, also known as the University Church.
Breakfast
Dear Guests, we do not offer breakfast at our guesthouse.
Instead, as a special perk, you’ll receive a 20% discount on the breakfast menu at Café Vetter upon presentation of a voucher from us.
Just a 5-minute walk away, you’ll find freshly baked rolls and the finest delicacies in a lovingly designed setting.

Kitchens
All kitchens are fully equipped: Senseo coffee maker, electric kettle, two-burner stove, cutlery, glasses, plates, pots, pans, dish towels, dish soap, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. Coffee, various types of tea, milk, and sugar, as well as spices and salt for cooking, are available in all suites. The dining area features a dining table with ample seating.

All bathrooms are equipped with a bathtub. In the bathroom, you’ll find a hair dryer, soap, toilet paper, towels, and bath mats.


Parking
Unfortunately, our guesthouse does not have its own parking spaces. However, a five-minute walk away, you can park your car in the Media Markt parking garage for 7€ per day, provided you do not move your car.

The Harmony Guesthouse offers all guests an idyllic garden with seating areas for relaxation.

On-site fees: A 100% prepayment may be charged one week before arrival. Cancellations up to 5 days before arrival are free of charge. Later cancellations will be charged at 90% of the total price. Payment is made by bank transfer or debit card. Check-in is from 2:00 PM to midnight. Check-out is by 10:00 AM; on weekends, by 11:00 AM. Keys are handed over in person on-site or via a key safe.
